Technical Prerequisites

Prior to establishing a VPN connection to the County, you must:

• Have a Desktop/Laptop at home
  1. Windows 7, 8, or 10 Operating System
  2. Mac OS X 10.13 or higher with Microsoft Remote Desktop (which can be downloaded here)
  3. Chromebooks are not compatible

• Have one of the following browsers installed on your home computer system:
  1. Mozilla Firefox

• Internet Connectivity
  
  
• Anti-Virus Software
