How to view approval history on an ITSD request
Step-by-step guide
- Select Requests and Approvals to view the list of ITSD requests.
- Select Approvals history in the drop down to view all history.
- Select the ITSD by clicking the link in Reference or Summary column.
- Review the Activity section for approval history.
