Call forwarding on VOIP phones

• Call forwarding can only be done to local area codes free of charge:  916, 530, 209, 279
• Non-local area codes require a request submittal for configuration.  All forwarded calls will be billed as long distance.

Cisco 7960 Series

1. Press the CFwdAll soft key. You will hear two beeps.
2. Enter the number to which you want to forward all of your calls. Enter the number exactly as you would if you were placing a call to that number. An animated phone icon flashes in the upper-right corner of your LCD screen.
3. To cancel call forwarding, press the CFwdAll soft key.

Cisco 8800 Series

1. Select a line and press the Forward all soft key.
2. Dial the number that you want to forward to, or press Voicemail.
3. To receive calls again, press Forward off.

How to Forward Caller ID

• To ensure the Caller ID displays when forwarding, enter the forward-to number as follows:  9*821 area code phone number (e.g., 9*8219161234567.)
