This page is used to provide information about applications and services provided or supported by IT.

Critical Applications and Services

These IT-managed applications and services had been declared by the ETSC as critical.

• Maximo (SASD)
• GraniteXP
• ArcPad
• FileNet
• Field Laptop Support

There are other critical systems (i.e., SCADA, PMWeb, etc.), but those are supported by groups outside of IT.  If there are systems or applications not on this list that should be treated as critical, please contact your ETSC representative.
