ZOOM - How to Join/Start a Meeting From Outlook

This page will provide you with information on how to join a Zoom meeting or start a Zoom meeting (if you are the host.)

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open the meeting in your Outlook Calendar. Click the Zoom hyperlink displayed in the meeting invitation.


       2. This will open the Zoom for Government web page. The Zoom Application should open automatically and a dialog box should display.

           Note: If you do not see a dialog box, click the "Launch Meeting" button on the Zoom Government web page. 



       3. When prompted, Select "Join with Computer Audio".

           Note: If you are unsure if your audio/sound is working properly, you can also test your audio by selecting "Test Speaker and Microphone"
