RCTS Security - How to add users
There are two types of security roles - Read and Edit for RCTS users. These roles have been implemented using AD groups "rcts-read-all" & "rcts-edit-all" for the application and any user accessing RCTS application should fall under either of these two groups. Generally, the Product Owner or manager would request access for the users and there is no need to depend on the developer.

Step-by-step guide
The Product Owner/manager determines which kind of role or security the user should have
- Request/raise a service desk to add the user to the related AD groups "rcts-read-all" or "rcts-edit-all"
- IT Standard intake process for the request is followed and communicated for this request.
- Once completed, the users would have the access to the application.
